A bit about you
Hormone patterns differ significantly by sex and life stage — this helps us score accurately.
Body measurements
These measurements help us calculate key metabolic ratios that reveal patterns invisible in photos alone.
How to Measure Waist Circumference
Use a flexible tape measure to measure the narrowest part of your waist, typically just above your belly button and below your ribcage.
- Stand up straight, relaxed, and breathe out normally (don't suck in your stomach)
- Wrap the tape around your torso at your belly button
- Keep the tape level, parallel to the floor, and snug but not compressing the skin
How to Measure Hip Circumference
Stand with your feet together. Use a flexible tape measure and wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips and glutes.
- The tape should be level with the floor and lie flat against your skin — don't pull it too tight.
💡 Tip: Look in a mirror or ask someone to help to make sure the tape is straight.
Energy and sleep
Cortisol, thyroid, and growth hormone all directly shape how you feel throughout the day.
Body and metabolism
Fat distribution patterns are one of the most reliable visual indicators of hormone imbalance.
Select up to 3 areas where you notice the most fat accumulation
Hormonal signals and mood
Mood, libido, and cravings are direct downstream effects of hormone imbalance — not personality.
Please select the option that most accurately reflects your current phase.
