Hormora Scan + Protocol

Get Your Personalized Hormonal Profile and Protocol

This form combines your body composition data, symptoms, and health history to identify potential hormone imbalances across six interconnected systems — insulin, cortisol, thyroid, testosterone, estrogen, and growth hormone.

Our AI analyzes how these systems interact to create your personalized profile and actionable protocol.

  • ⏱️ Takes about 6–10 minutes.
  • 📏 Have tape measure for two circumference measurements
  • 📸 Have a front-facing, full-body photo ready (underwear, swimsuit, sports bra, or shorts — the more skin visible, the more accurate your analysis).

How to Measure Waist Circumference

Use a flexible tape measure to measure the narrowest part of your waist, typically just above your belly button and below your ribcage.

  • Stand up straight, relaxed, and breathe out normally (don't suck in your stomach)
  • Wrap the tape around your torso at your belly button
  • Keep the tape level, parallel to the floor, and snug but not compressing the skin
Please select your waist circumference.

How to Measure Hip Circumference

Stand with your feet together. Use a flexible tape measure and wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips and glutes.

  • The tape should be level with the floor and lie flat against your skin — don't pull it too tight.
💡 Tip: Look in a mirror or ask someone to help to make sure the tape is straight.
Please select your hip circumference.

To accurately analyze your hormonal fat distribution patterns, we need a clear, full-body photo.

  • · Stand straight with arms relaxed at your sides
  • · Face the camera directly (forward-facing)
  • · Show your entire body from head to toe in frame
  • · Wear minimal clothing (underwear, sports bra, or shorts)
  • · Use good lighting and a plain, neutral background
  • · Stay natural — no flexing, posing, or filters
  • · Form-fitting athleisure (leggings, compression wear, shapewear)
  • · Baggy or loose clothing that hides your body shape
  • · Cropped photos (your full body MUST be visible)
  • · Nudity (keep underwear/minimal clothing on)
  • · Poor lighting or busy backgrounds
